We Meet.

Let’s get to know each other. This meeting is all about learning your story, why you’re moving, and creating a game plan for exposing your home to the right buyers.


Photography and Repairs.

It’s easy to attract a lot of buyers to your house, but it requires preparation to attract the right buyers to you home. We’ll work with you and our professional partners to prepare and capture your home in it’s best light. It’s crucial to make a great first impression both online and in person.

Start Showing.

Your home will be available for in-person tours hosted by other professional REALTORS®. Our team utilizes the latest in scheduling technology to ensure that you stay in-the-know and in control of your home during the showing period and we follow up with each person who visits your home.

Receive Offers.

As offers come in, our team works to organize all of the pertinent information onto a customized dashboard so that it’s easy for you to understand and compare the terms of each. We expertly advise our sellers on the risks and rewards of each offer and negotiate with buyers to achieve a great outcome.

Keep the train on the tracks.

Once your home is under contract, we’ll monitor each step of the buyer’s due diligence to ensure that inspections are completed in a timely manner, that financing is being pursued in good faith, and that all parties work together according to the agreement.

Closing.

Woo Hoo, it is closing day. You’ve done a lot of work to get here, and now it’s time to hand over the keys to the next owners who will call your property home. (also, you get paid 💰😉 ).
