One of the reasons I love serving folks in the Real Estate business is early on I realized that people's motivation for buying or selling their home was either a really good thing, like adding a new child to the family or leveling up in a career, or it was a really bad/sad thing like a death, a divorce or the loss of a job. I knew right away that I wanted to be the Realtor in the living room during people's pivotal moments, and to become a trusted guide through the process.
